Hi I’ve recently put time aside to consciously evaluate my values in life. Values are the essence of who we are as well as motivating us. A great question to ask yourself is “what MUST I have in my life?” “what can you not do without?”. You can then evaluate whether these “musts” are being obtained as these are your values. When we’re in situations or relationships where they are not being honoured then we are likely to feel disatisfied and stressed.
So take time out to re-evaluate your values and get back on track with them again.
